These terms apply when you use this website or buy from Heavenly Hue. By placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Your order is an offer to buy; it's accepted when we confirm it by email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, a price was displayed in error, or we suspect fraud — and if we do, we'll refund any payment in full. Sales tax and shipping are shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By paying, you confirm you're authorized to use the payment method.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Returns & Refunds Policy, which form part of these terms.

Products

We describe our products as accurately as we can, but colors and packaging can vary slightly from photos. Fragrances are for external use only. Please review ingredients and patch-test if you have sensitive skin or allergies, and discontinue use if irritation occurs.

Accounts and reviews

Keep your password private; you're responsible for activity on your account. Reviews must be honest and about products you bought. We may moderate or remove reviews that are abusive, off-topic, or misleading. By posting a review you allow us to display it on our website.

Promotions

Discount codes have no cash value, can't be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photography, logos and design — belongs to Heavenly Hue or its licensors and may not be reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

Changes

We may update these terms; the version in effect when you place an order applies to that order.
