Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses where the carrier allows. Every order is packed by hand.

Rates & delivery times

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or US holidays begin processing the next business day.

Tracking

You'll receive an email when your order ships, with tracking details where available. If you have an account, you can also follow every order from your account.

Taxes

Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address and shown before you pay.

Address problems, lost or damaged parcels

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — we can update it only before the order ships. If a parcel is marked delivered but hasn't arrived, or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll make it right.

Fragrance shipping restrictions

Fragrances contain alcohol and are classed as limited-quantity hazardous materials by carriers, so some services (such as certain air routes) may not be available for every address. If that affects your order, we'll contact you before it ships.
