Privacy Policy
Last updated November 2026
This policy explains what personal information Heavenly Hue(“we”, “us”) collects when you visit our website or buy from us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Orders: your name, email, phone number, shipping and billing address, and what you bought. Card details are entered directly into our payment processor, Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
- Accounts: if you create an account, your name, email, password (stored securely by our authentication provider), saved addresses, wishlist, profile photo and reviews.
- Fragrance quiz: your quiz answers, used to recommend products.
- Email sign-ups: your email address if you join our list or save your cart.
- Usage data: pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected through cookies and similar technologies.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your orders, including order and shipping emails.
- To run your account, wishlist and reviews.
- To recommend products, including through the fragrance quiz.
- To send marketing emails if you've opted in — you can unsubscribe from any of them at any time.
- To understand how the site is used, fix problems, and prevent fraud.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the store, under contracts that limit how they can use it: Stripe (payments and tax), Supabase (database, accounts and storage), Klaviyo and our email delivery provider (email), Google Analytics (site analytics), Sentry (error monitoring), OpenAI (generating quiz recommendations from your answers — no name or email is sent), Vercel (hosting) and shipping carriers (delivery). We may also disclose information when required by law.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep your cart and sign-in working, and analytics cookies (Google Analytics) to understand site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the store will still work, though your cart may not be remembered.
Your choices and rights
You can view and update your account details, or delete your account, from your profile. Depending on where you live (for example California), you may have the right to know what information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, and to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, contact us. We'll verify your identity and respond within the time the law requires. Order records needed for tax and accounting are kept even if you delete your account.
Security and retention
Information is encrypted in transit and access is limited to people who need it. We keep order records as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, and other information only as long as needed for the purposes above.
Children
Our store isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time; the date at the top shows the latest version.
